Inveo Interiors is a full-service interior architectural design firm based in Pretoria, South Africa. The firm’s founder has over a decade of experience designing curated spaces that celebrate individuality and lifestyle. Since its inception, Melissa van Tonder has worked on projects from luxurious residential estates, to commercial spaces throughout South Africa. In 2024 the team consists of four female interior designers, bringing their expertise to our clients.

OUR PROCESS

At Inveo Interiors, we prioritize your time and deliver a stress-free design experience. Our aim is to create an exquisite space that tells your unique story and serves as a backdrop for lifelong memories.

BEFORE YOU'RE A CLIENT

  • DISCOVERY CALL

    In this free 15-minute phone call, we will delve into your project goals, timeframe, and budget. We will also elaborate on our methodology to ascertain compatibility and address any queries about our partnership.

  • ON SITE CONSULTATION

    Throughout this two-hour in-home consultation, our team will carefully examine your space, meticulously jotting down observations and accumulating the necessary information to meticulously craft a comprehensive proposal tailored specifically to your project. In the event that we proceed with a full-service design package, rest assured that the consultation fee will be integrated into the overall cost, making this initial investment valuable towards achieving your desired outcome.

  • PROPOSAL

    Upon completion of the consultation, we will prepare a detailed proposal encompassing the scope of work, suggested project budget, and estimated timeline. Upon approval, you will receive an official contract and invoice to confirm your position on our design calendar.

ONCE YOU'RE A CLIENT

  • KICKOFF

    In order to officially begin your project, we will schedule a kickoff meeting. This crucial session will grant us the chance to further get to know your individual style and preferences.

  • CONCEPT

    In the conceptual design phase, our focus will be on creating a cohesive look and feel that perfectly aligns with your space.

  • DESIGN

    Upon concept approval, we will proceed to finalize plans and source the appropriate finishes, fixtures, and furnishings.

  • MANAGEMENT

    We'll collaborate with your existing team (if applicable), our contractors and place your orders with our vendors and suppliers.

  • INSTALLATION

    Once your spcace is ready, we'll oversee the installation of cabinetry, finishes and soft furnishings so you can enjoy a big reveal.
